ANTI-RACISM & ETHNIC DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT
United Way of Marquette County recognizes there are various forms of racism and ethnic discrimination that have contributed to racial disparities, existing both in the past and persisting today. We unequivocally denounce racism/ethnic discrimination because it undermines the well-being and vitality of any community. Our United Way strives to egnage community members and organizations to work together to provide equity to all of our citizens. We work with public and private partners to co-create solutions that ensure everyone has the resources, support, opportunities, and networks they need to thrive.
